Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sound2Agent (the "Service"), available at sound2agent.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Sound2Agent converts audio you provide (voice notes, meetings, calls) into transcripts, summaries, and structured actions, and can — with your approval — carry those actions out in third-party tools you connect. The Service is provided on a subscription basis and is currently in early access; features may change as the product evolves.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Your content and responsibilities

You retain all rights to the audio and other content you submit ("Content"). You grant us a limited license to process your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for having the right to record and upload your Content. Laws on recording conversations vary by jurisdiction; in many places you must obtain consent from all participants. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and to obtain any required consents before recording or uploading audio involving other people.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any law or the rights of others, including privacy and wiretapping laws;
• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use;
• attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent security measures, or interfere with the Service's operation;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
• Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Plan changes are prorated where applicable.
• Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, including a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase.

6. Third-party services

The Service can connect to third-party tools (for example Slack, Notion, or Linear) at your direction. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. You can disconnect an integration at any time.

7. AI-generated output

Transcripts, summaries, and drafted actions are generated automatically and may contain errors. Review output before relying on it or approving actions. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice, and you are responsible for the actions you approve.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it as intended.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account for breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability) survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give reasonable advance notice (for example by email or an in-product notice). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
